Refund/Return Policy

We accept 3 days return/exchange after an order has been delivered as wigs are part of hygienic products.  Return/exchange are acceptable base on the ground that

1. The item sent wasn't the same with the item ordered 

2. If item is damaged on arrival 

And please note that if item is to be returned, it should be packaged back to us undamaged and frontal or closure lace in front not tempered with.

 

In a case of refund, we can only make refund when the wig is received and inspected by us and if wig is in good condition ( closure and frontal lace not tempered with ) refund will be made to customer in the next 5 working days using same means of payment 

Also note that we do not do refund to customer when the said item was not returned to us for inspection.

 

 Note: We do not accept return base on:

1. I can't style wig well

2. I don"t like the style, it doesn't look like same quality/photo or how it look on me (This is why we add as many photos of a product on the product page and we crave your indulgence to check photos properly before placing order)

 

These reasons are not accepted as customers must have tried wig on their head and can't be given to another customer, cause wigs are part of hygienic product and can transfer lices and dandruff from one head to another

 Also note that return shipping and styling fee will be paid by customer and if refund/return that do not fall to this company policy but the customer still decide to return wig to company, a refund will be made to customer but will attract 30 euro  for Germany customers ( 35 euro for cash on delivery ) and 35 euro for Netherland/Finland customers will be deducted from the ordered amount as initial shipping and processing charge as it was initially calculated in the total amount for the product and we do not cover this but customers responsibility.   

In a case of returned package by the shipping company due to the fact that customer gave wrong address or was not around to pick up package, and the package was kept in the courier store and customer refuse to pick it up. The total shipping and processing fee ( 15 euro for Germany customers and 30 euro  for Netherland and UK customers) will be deducted from the ordered amount and the rest amount will be refunded to the customer

We will be glad if all conditions are followed accordingly 

In a case of wig too small or too big for customer, we will be glad to accept immediate return and the right size will be sent back to the customer as soon as possible 

 WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF READY TO WEAR WIGS  WHOLESALE PACKAGES AND ORDERS MADE DURING SALES

Please note that due to PayPal and Klarna rules and regulations, cancellations of orders made by these payment method will attract a fee of 20 euros. This fee is issued by PayPal and Klarna and not by geenashair. So we ask customers to be sure of their orders before placing an order with this two payment method. Thanks for your understanding

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
